Walking alone and without Carlita & Emmett - and off leash! - Obee spots a slight but taller black young female - who was on leash!
My BIG mistake not to leash Obee!
They cautiously approached each other and just as I am feeling relieved upon being told it was a female, Obee lets out a "warning growl" (?!) and it ALL ends up in a chase and the the young bitch under a bridge! The Owner, a woman of similar age to myself, accepted my surprised-apology and walked on with her dog in tow!
Were we interfering with a Mature dog admonishing an excited puppy?!?!
I know I need to take the TESTOSTERONE out of the picture and can hardly wait for Thursday!
