"Give & Take"

A ' theme' in our Training!
"Give me obedient performance and you can Take a "Walk-on-the-Wild Side"!

Combining "low-battery-life" (in myself, that is!) with high Training needs, I am:
Doing an early morning Widdle Wander is combined with a 'structured walk' to the coffee shop (where WiFi is available!), rewarded with a Long-Line run - chasing gees on the Golf Course! - home!

The day started, alarmingly, with an inquisitive whimper from the Puli - "to" my father (I was awake but still in bed at 06h!)!
Dad's logical interpretation was, "Barb, I think he has to 'pee'."
Letting him out I the back door, I noted the length of time he lifted-his-leg and the simple squirt told me something else was the reason-for-whimpering.
I quickly donned my morning Yoga-wear and prepared to dress for the Outdoors. His whimpering was oddly 'inquisitive.
It wasn't until we exited the house and he immediately ran to the approved 'Poop-spot' did I realize his problem. His liquidated-bowel-movement must have been causing him intestinal distress - the Poor Thing!
I collected three Packaged-Poop Puddles before we reached the forest for a Long-Line Wander - his uniform gently slung around my shoulder!

I challenged my 'early-morning-brain' with making a mental not: this is an ideal time to be training in Public Shopping Spaces, as there is hardly soul about!
We seated ourselves in the farthest-from-the-door corner and I was allowed to resolve earlier computer-conflicts and begin the day's-Journaling.
"Farthest-from-the-door corner", however, was next-to-the-Ordering-Counter! There was soon a ssteady line-up to the Cash register, blocking an inconspicuous departure!

it was slightly after 09h that the line-up disappeared and we could make our escape!
Obee was more enjoyed a more relaxed walk upon exiting and was content to "follow my lead" to the Golf Course. Checking-in with the Grounds workers assembling for the morning, we (Service Puli & Handler) determined the the Gaggle of geese gatherd on the nearest Green needed to be removed - the Puli-way!
Once again time was taken to strip Obee of his uniform; the 6'-leash exchanged for the 20' Line and with and excited "OK!", he was off! Within minutes geese were in the air heading for the nearest pond.
I, the Handler, had to be backto quick thinking and swiftly blew the signal (whistle) to 'Return Front".
I beamed with pride, my back turned to the Grounds workers, as Obee's run made a U-turn and he headed "Front" for a well-earned ear-rub!
Today was to be a 'good day'!
