Will have to remember to take pictures ... but i am sure we (Obee & Barbara) were a sight for busy Commuters Monday!
Going to Union Station and going North to "Eglington ... the voice announce "west" but what did I know?!
From 1034 Eglington West to 660 Eglington East
AND THEN
back to Yonge Street, Orchardview Place ... we had 5 hours in which to make it to the 18h15 meeting!
I had packed a lunch for myself, treats & water for Obee; computer was even packed for when we got to the library EARLY!
Every time there was a stretch ahead of lawns and 'gree-spots' Obee walked proudly by my side; for the stretches of side-walk he rode in the Bus buggy, sometimes standing proudly up and stretching his neck to catch the cacaphony of smells (or does that word describe sounds?!
Either way we were both exhausted when Faithful husband picked us up @ 20h that night!
I had kept a steady eye on Obee's tail and several time, when I thought it might uncurl, I found him taking it all in with his tail ' up'!
Once a more Official IN-TRAINING vest arrives, we shall return - without the Bus buggy ... HOPEFULLY for meeting on October 24th if not by November 2nd !
Life before, during and after Brain Injury: "Letting go and Letting God". My muddled brain has, out of necessity, become more reliant on my the more visual "animal brain". All things brains, dogs and God! (D-O-G is G-O-D spelled backwards!) Life has become Joy filled ... all because of Godès creatures! ThIS second Puli - white, bitch who loves people! - is helping me learn about Life this second time around!
