In most cases, I would say, emphatically, "No"; but THIS is no ordinary dog!
The living-with-a-Handler OTHER than Barbara (myself!) may be the best thing to help him out of his fear!
Laurie has a calming Spirit about her and , although Obee was timid to approach a stranger, I think, he can learn to 'dance' to a different tune!
We will follow Laurie's advise and assist in preparing him for CALEDON's Show 27 November - PULI BOOSTER!

All things brains, dogs and God! (D-O-G is G-O-D spelled backwards!) Life has become Joy filled ... all because of Godès creatures!
