PADOC Members' Night - after day downtown

I was amazed at the eye contact Obee gave me all through our heeling exercises - you think he was a Golden Retriever!!
!  40" training SITS,STAYS. DOWNS & RECALLS ... Obee loves to "work"!

Here I was exhausted from a morning (40") downtown at the Market  - a 30"  bus ride/walk home each way!

NEW STRATEGY for combating his shyness:    To  gain his confidence in me - that I will protect him - I no longer instruct him to meet a stranger; but, with him wearing his CGN-Vest, I shield him and say, "He is working and I ask that you NOT pet him, thank you."

We walked six blocks - without the bus buggy for refuge!

20"  sitting in public - without panicking with the approach of strangers!

(The odd RECALL was completed when I could calm him!)
