Earlier morning rain and intermittent shower-ings necessitate a re-thinking of Training Plan ... Power Walk instead of Cycle; come to work with me instead of "Home Alone" - with husband ... ALL to be done polluting the air with a car ... I CAN remember the days I'd bike, :wet" or "dry"!

Life before, during and after Brain Injury: "Letting go and Letting God". My muddled brain has, out of necessity, become more reliant on my the more visual "animal brain".
